Company CDL-A Truck Driver Overview

  • Bigger rates, better pay. G&D Integrated just raised pay rates across the board. Experienced drivers can now earn up to 65CPM or $30 per hour, and top earners can make up to $108,000 per year with overtime.*
  • Paid your way: mileage or hourly. Experience matters! Don’t start at the bottom. Your starting rate reflects your driving history, now backed by our increased pay scale. Choose between hourly or mileage pay.
  • Overtime that adds up. Earn time and a half for every hour over 50 each week. Working 60 to 65 hours per week, overtime can make up $20,000 to $30,000 of your annual earnings.*
  • Dedicated routes fit for you. Run reliable lanes that get you home on a regular schedule.
  • Local, home daily routes available. Now hiring local drivers around Peoria, Bloomington, and Normal!
  • New CDL grads welcome in Normal. Recent CDL graduates in Normal, IL can start at $26 per hour, with overtime paid at $39 per hour. Working 50-hour weeks, new grads can earn at least $65,000 per year, with additional overtime also available.*
  • Dry van, 100% no-touch freight. Stay moving with minimal dock time and consistent freight.

Benefits & Perks

Base pay ranges from 57.5–65CPM or $26–$30 per hour depending on experience. Top annual pay of up to $108,000 is based on a 65-hour work week. Talk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.
